Behind the Scenes at the “Cobra” Filming]]>

We filmed our first day at the Capitol Theatre for my next single, “Cobra.” Directed by Natasha Beste, this vid is about performance, and bringing very vivid images to life in a grimy/glam mashup. In this clip, I’m working on dancing. Takiyah Jackson, my choreographer, has helped distill my dancing to a mix of locking, Egyptian, tutting, and glam rock swagger. This has been so much fun, esp thanks to the great people involved!

Written and produced by Tunde Olaniran, “Cobra” is the lead single from his forthcoming album. The Cobra EP will be released through Exchange Bureau in May.
